My first cycle. Please help!

Hey everyone. Id like to give give a little bio for this first paragraph just to let you know a little about me and why i am doing this. If you dont care then just skip to the next paragraph.

I am 23 years old, 5'11 and weigh a mere 136 lbs with a fast metabolism. I've remained this way since Junior year of high school... and frankly im tired of it. I've tried working out with my friend, on a natural diet (no supplements) and intense workout plan (6 days a week). I was successfully able to gain 12 lbs in a course of 1 and a half months. But beyond that i was never able to break 150 lbs and remained at 148 lbs for another month of working out after. My diet was a high in fat and protein. My partner that i was working out with made me eat a tablespoon of peanut butter every hour just to help me gain weight. I guess part of it is in my genes, because my dad is not a very hefty person himself. But all in all, i am tired of remaining this skinny. My arms look like they belong on a 12 year old boy. I wear long sleeves on a hot day to cover it up. I know it may sound like i am depressed or something, but i am not. I just want to be satisfied with a little more weight on my body. Ive had people tell me you are so skinny, or you could use a few more pounds. It gets to me a little over time. Thus, i decided to try a cycle of Deca Durabolin, and i have a few questions before i start it.

Honeslty, i am a bit worried. My friend selling it to me tells me not to, because hes taking it before and he says if i follow what he did i will be fine. His main point was never to abuse it. You may laugh at my questions, but i came to get serious aswers. Forgive the n00bness. All these questions i have researched, i just want to be reassured from real people. Keep in mind i am pretty sketched out My questions though:

1) I plan to do a so called tiny cycle. 100mg/week for 10 weeks. Is this even worth it? Is it practical to possibly up it too 200mg?

2) Does decaduroblin make your sex drive lower? Does it shrink your dick (deca dick? what does this mean.)? your balls? And are any of these permanent? HTPA function decreasing, how bad is recovery on this type of cycle?

3) Last thing i want is bitch tits. Do i need to take testosterone with Deca? Will Nolvadex after my cycle be necessary? Should i take Nolvadex during my cycle?

My biggest concern is the side effects. Especially if any of it is permanent. I understand that any of this is possible, but your guys' assurance will help me decide before i poke the needle in. Which is why i do not feel comfortable taking a very high dose of Deca. I'd rather be safe than sorry. So with this in mind, please give me your honest advice. Thank you in advance guys

Deca at 100mg probably wont do much! try 200mg a week. At that dose u shouldnt have any side. IE deca dick LOL what a term. Nor should gyno be an issue. This would be a very light cycle to try as a start.

First off you need to gather all the weight and natural gains you can til your atleast 24yrs old, secondly why have i been reading so many people wanting to run deca alone lately I personally think its a bad idea even at low doses such as 200mg wk, not really going to benefit from that. Set the deca aside go with a test only cycle for 10-12 weeks for your first time, then later combine the two with experience. Also have you tried muscle milk, cell tech hardcore? I gained 10lbs off celltech hardcore alone before it is the shit I run it when im off cycle alot. Gluck bro
 
136lbs? Save your money and stock up on good food, your going get better gains with the right diet.

I dont know if this makes sense, but i think the problem is having healthy food combined with my fat metabolism. Ever since i was a kid, my family fed me very lean, natural/organic, and unprocessed food. Which is great, but my mom made sure to buy literally eveything fat free, low sugar, and low carb content. only thing i saw being a problem was maybe a low protein intake since i didnt really eat that much meat as a kid (from what i remember).

I figured this time around working out, i would eat my 5 (smaller) meals a day (instead of 3 large), take a supplement (weight gainer), and a cycle of deca, in hopes that my gains will be faster and greater. thoughts?

would taking nolvadex during, or after my cycle ruinit?

Cell tech is the shit, yes test alone for a starter when your atleast 24. Deca alone is not smart and you wont need to combine test/deca for few cycles. 500mg test a week for 12weeks with right diet(gram protein per body wt, 4-5k cals a day of the right foods) will get you 25+lbs alot more than that deca alone will get you. Sides yes, estrogen, water retention, acne etc I recommend armidex .5mg ed throughout cycle keep estro away and water ret down, maybe estrogen wont bother you it doesnt some but just incase and pct with nolva 40/40/20/20

You dont eat enough calories so dont piss away your money on Gear when it wont do a damn thing for someone who under eats.

How many calories are you eating a day? Why would you train 6days a week? What was your split like?

These are the things you should look at. I burn 3k-3600 calories a day as per my Bodybugg. So for me to gain muscle mass I need to be eating like a champ.

I can almost put money on it and heck id buy the gear for you if you could prove me wrong but you are NOT eating the food you need to grow. Your stats are extremely low and you should avoid doing anything that involves gear.

If you cant gain a thing with proper diet and not "I just eat lots of clean food but no gains happen" Then come back and try again ;)

Start tracking your calories, Eat freaking carbs, follow a REAL training protocol. Upper / Lower 4day a week splits are a good start for some one who isn't advanced in the gym, but heck they are good for just about anyone!

Best advice i've received yet.

I dont keep track of my calories. I didnt when i worked out. But i definitely knew i was intaking more than 2000 cal a day. I would say in the 2700-3000 range for sure.

I trained 6 days a week for 45 min - 1 hour each day. 2 muscle groups each day and legs on friday. I logged my physical weight and the amount of weight i was repping each day. It was a great program. I just found that i plateaued at 148 lbs and coulndt gain more. Question for you... is weight gainer a good substitute for a meal if i cant eat all the time?

I've discovered that i cant really get fat. My body fat is really low as you can see from the pics. I cant eat a lot for a few months and literally gain a pound or two. But the second i let off and dont eat as much, i lose the weight quickly.
 
Weight gainers are junk, you can make your own and Id trust what I put in mine vs what they use ;)

You could do 80g Oats(Cook them), 28g Whey, 32g Natty PB. Thats a nice yummy meal and Id eat that over drinking calories. Stay away from that crap, dont ever drink your calories unless you find it to hard to get your calories in.

Look up Upper / Lower Generic Bulk and start running that 4 days a week. Follow the Protocol.

Start eating 3000 Cal on training days and maybe 2500-2700 On Off days / Days you dont do anything but just the normal real life crap. IE Work, School, what ever it might be.

Get a solid diet down. Protein, CARBS, and Fats.

You gotta get that recovery time in. Cardio can be done light on off days but dont be doing freaking HITT or stuff like that. Brisk walks out side or on the treadmill is more then good.

Train, eat, sleep. You will grow, and you are dropping weight because you dont back up your calories. I know I thought I couldnt ever get past 150, now I am slowly creeping past 160 and adding on solid mass.
