My First Cycle => Test-E + Anavar

Hey guys, just looking for some advice on the plan i have set up for my self after doing some of my own research and thread reading.

Stats:
Age-23
Height-5ft9
Weight-162lb
Bf~12% (Already lost about 2% in a month and a half and will be lower by the time i start the cycle)

Aims: Gain some lean muscle mass and cut down near the end of the cycle

Training experience: 3 and half years - sustained injury last year which had me out for 4-5 months

1-12 testosterone enanthate 500mg a week, split mon/thursday
1-14 aromasin 12.5mg eod
5-12 HCG- 500ui x2 a week
13-14 Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) - human chorionic gonadotropin - 1000ius x2 a week
9-14 Anavar 60mg a day, bump to 80mg a day last 2 weeks.
9-14 N2guard
15-18 nolva 20/20/20/20 mg a day
15-18 Unleashed/postcycle combo
15-18 Daa powder 3g's a day
15-18 ostarine 25 mg day
15-18 keto burn supplement


extras: nizoral 2% shampoo for scalp health (reduce hair thinning)

what do you guys think? thanks.

seems the only things changed from "the ideal first cycle" is the additive of var, which is very mild right?

Clomid and Nolva need to be adjusted
Clomid 75/75/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20
And idk what all that other crap is aside from DAA, which is pointless. Know.someone with blood work to prove it. Probably don't need the other stuff either.
 
And when you say Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 500x2 a week you mean 500 split between two doses a week right?

A refreshingly thought out cycle for a change lol. Nice job but some recommendations would be:

1) get blood work before cycle, 6-8wks in cycle, and 6-8wks after completion of post cycle therapy (pct). very important for health and well being.

2) Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) should start from wk 1. Dose it at 250iu 2x/wk. from wk 1 all the way until 4days before you begin post cycle therapy (pct). do NOT run it at 1000iu 2x/wk.

3) get NAC and drop N2Guard. Dose NAC at 1800mg/day split into an am/pm dose while using the oral so 900mg in the morning and 900mg in the evening. When just on injectables, run NAC at 1200mg/day in am/pm dosing.

4) run the Anavar (var) from wks 7-12 instead of wks 9-14.

5) Nolva should be 40/40/20/20 and clomid should be 50/50/25/25.

6) you can drop the other stuff like DAA, unleashed/post cycle, keto burn, etc.

7) make sure to have everything on hand before first pin. Do not pin until everything is delivered and sitting in front of you.

8) tweak your diet and training, don't let them be subpar so you can maximize the results.

9) pick one goal for cycle not 2. Bulk while on cycle and wait to cut until after post cycle blood work shows HPTA recovery.

4. will running 7-12 will help with the suppresion of Anavar (var) ? and does it matter im not bridging to post cycle therapy (pct)?
5. that PCT looks great
6. will drop that other marketing crap
7. yeah won't start until i have everything and know how to properly mix and/or inject
8. i will do more research onto what routine is best for a first cycle and my diet is is good (guess i could track my macros more)
9. a lot of people saying this, i will cut for some time more then bulk with this cycle (seeing how i go i may remove the Anavar (var) for this cycle)

3) NAC is one of the best liver aids and its a precursor to the most powerful antioxidant in the human body, glutathione. It has a host of other benefits as well.

4) you're going to be suppressed so long as you're taking AAS. Anavar (var) will suppress you but so will testosterone. The reason for timing the Anavar (var) to coincide with the testosterone is bc having no testosterone in your system has a profound effect on us males. Timing the Anavar (var) to end with the testosterone will allow you to feel better without the low T sides.

6) yes, save your money and spend it on a diet by 3J (forum nutritionist and one of the best), food, protein powder, multi vitamin, creatine, etc. those products actually work.

7) good call

8) there's no specific "best" routine. Basic tenets are lift heavy and mainly compound movements. Always try to keep progress going. For big compound movements like squats deads and bench do 3-5sets of 1-8reps. Isolation or accessory lifts do 2-4sets of 8-12reps. Try to add weight to the bar whenever possible. Diet may be good but with tweaks by some of the knowledgable members here it can be GREAT. Another option is to use the money saved on the marketing crap on a diet by 3J, his website is 3Jsdiet.com. He's a moderator on this forum and has plenty of success stories as references.

9) steroids cannot be classified as cutting or bulking steroids, that's not an accurate depiction since cutting and bulking is predicated by diet. It's best to run test only your first cycle so you get a feel for how to manage E2, to see what kind of sides you get, how to deal with them, etc. first cycle is a learning experience for you and keeping the compounds to a minimum will allow you to see how each one affects you.

9) exactly! Argued with a guy about this because he wants to run winny...I told him drop it and run Anavar (var) , or primo or mast...winny is shit for your joints. "but Winstrol (winny) gets you way leaner"...where do people get this shit? Lol

Bc it drives out intra-muscular water retention giving a leaner look. Doesn't really make you leaner though hahaha
 
He's also the type that never deloads the weight...he lifts HEAVY as possible ALL the time...when the Winstrol (winny) kicks in, I'm gonna be scared to watch.

Question I just got liquid ralox.... so what is the protocol for gyno reversal. It says 60ml 60mg/ml and the syringe is .1 .2 .3 . 4.5.6.7.8.9 and 1ml can some one help me out so I can start this? :)
