My First Cycle - Test E Only

Hi all. Thanks for checking my post. This is gonna be my first cycle. Any comments would be great.

Stats:
Age: 27
Height: 6'4" (195cm)
Weight: 231lbs (105kg)
BF%: around 14-15

3 years of lifting experience. Started as a skinny boy with 165 lbs and I have gained like 65 lbs in 3 years. BF% didn't change much. Now I need to push things forward.

Diet is strict. Macros are always in check. I count and log everything I eat.

Macros will be as below during the cycle:
Protein: 300-330
Carbs: 250-280
Fat: 90-100
Total cals: 3200-3300

I can increase the carbs a little bit more. But I need to see how I gain with these macros first. Because I can gain fat fairly quick with high carbs.

I tried lots of different routines. Now, I work out 4 days a week and I hit each body part once. 4 exercises for bigger muscle parts and 3 for smaller ones. LISS cardio once a week.

Cycle:

Week 1-12: Test E 250 x2 (pin every mon and thu - 500mg/week)
Week 1-12: Arimidex 0,5 EOD

Week 12-14: Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), 500ui ED for 10 days. Starting 4 days after the last test shot. I will be taking 1000ui Vitamin E daily with Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) injections. (I will have the last test shot, wait 4 days, use Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 10 days straight and start post cycle therapy (pct). So post cycle therapy (pct) will be 2 weeks after the last shot.)

Week 14-18: Clomid 50/50/50/50
Week 14-18: Nolvadex 40/40/20/20

I read that Aromasin can be helpful to stimulate natural production but I'm not sure about that. Do you recommend adding it to the post cycle therapy (pct)? For example 12.5mg aromasin ED?

Also, two of my friends try to convince me about adding dbol like 30/30/40/40mg for 4 weeks at the start of the cycle. Do I really need a kickstart like that?

The cycle looks good and no there is no need for a kickstart, it's a personal choice. What are your goals with this cycle?

My goal is to add some muscle mass and try to lose some body fat if possible. I don't have an exact number in mind. I will try to do my best and see the results. This will be more like an experiment for me.

What do you think about aromasin in post cycle therapy (pct)? Is it an overkill? Regardless of the articles I read, I still think clomid + nolvadex is enough. But I just want to hear your thoughts on that.

Also I have one more question. Should I start Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) phase with my last Test shot, wait 4 days and start post cycle therapy (pct)? Or should I wait 4 days after my last test shot, do Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) phase and start post cycle therapy (pct) immediately after hcg? Which one is better?
 
Cycle layout looks good. I would change one thing. I would run Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) throughout the cycle at 250ius twice per week. Over the years I have always told guys that its better to keep the horse in the barn rather than let it get out and have to chase it across 3 counties. Out of common sense and logic, run it from the start and end it when you start your post cycle therapy (pct) and you should be good.
 
I managed to find only 5000ui Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) from pharmacy. This is why I planned it like that. I will mix it with bacteriostatic water and split it for 10 shots. But this way it is only protected for 30days.

Lets assume that I run Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) through the whole cycle, do I still need to do that 10day Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) phase before pct? If I can find a lower dose package, maybe I can shot 500ui weekly.
 
As far as running the aromasin don't run it thru post cycle therapy (pct) stop it the day before. You may want to increase your calories if you plan on putting size on. What's your TDEE?
 
I have been getting 2900 cals on avarage for a few weeks. I can say that it is like maintenance calories for me. Not gaining nor losing anything. So, it is a rough estimate but I can assume that my TDEE is between 2900-3000. I tried to bulk with 3500-3700 cals last year but I put too much fat on.

Anyway, I thought that it can be better to start with 3300 then add more oats to increase healthy carb intake :) what do you think?

I can add calories any time. Eating and hunger is really not a problem for me. I think I have an infinite appetite :)

I believe that Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) last longer than 30 days. It may degrade a tad but not enough to notice. You should be doing 500ius per week split in to 2 shots. So that vial you have should last you 10 weeks. So you can start on week 2 and run it up to your 12th week. when you last inject your test. I have heard many expirations for Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) over the years and no one has yet to confirm it. Think about this. testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) patients generally take 500ius per week as part of their protocol. That means we have that Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) for 10 weeks. I have never noticed it degrade over that time. So take that for what its worth. You don't need to run that Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) blast phase before PCT if you are running it throughout and only have one bottle. You should be fine. Good luck.
 
I see. I think I can find 1500ui Pregnyl so that I can be more comfortable about the expiration.

How about having a shot of 500ui every week? For example, on monday with test shot. Is it OK to run Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) like that until the end of cycle? I know the best way is to shot 2 x 250ui everyweek but I'm trying to be a little bit flexible about it.

I still have questions about injections. Is it possible to shot 500mg (2ml) at once? I mean one shot every week. Is there any difference between splitting the dosage in two for the week? I'm not sure but if my quads can handle 2ml's at once, then it may be more practical.

Lastly, do you guys make your shots before workout? Can it do any harm?

Yes twice a week is better and will keep your levels more stable through the week.
And as long as you clean the area properly pinning before workout shldnt be a problem...
A bandaid for precaution wldnt hurt. And working the muscle you pinned might help the soreness
 
frank, I can change my pin days to wed & sat so that I can pin before my leg workout on saturdays. It can be good to check if it can help soreness.

I can't honestly say it works but most shots you get the way to prevent the soreness is to work the muscle lol
