MY FIRST Cycle!!!

Hey guys im looking at a fiirst cycle.

Was going to do Dbol n Test but wass toldfor first Testst onlywill provide enough gains Is this true?

My stats:
21 years old
98kg
168cm tall about 5'6
21% BF
training 12 weeks lifting 4 weeks cardio for 3 years

Should i only do test for first cycle? and if so would 500 per week be sufficient should i do one injection or two?

ill be running novladex after do i run last two weeks with test and 2 weeks after or just 4 weeks after the test?

500mg twice a week Test E for a first cycle is good.....Run your Nolvadex 2 weeks after your last injection of Test E....

But in reality man, if you've only been training for 12 weeks and lifting for 4 weeks....no need to run a cycle, just get your diet and training in check...and at 21% BF a cycle would do more bad than good, sorry man..

i think u understood wrong i have been doing almost cycling of training i do 12 weeks lifting then 4 weeks cardio then change up my lifting routine (such as reps and weights and what not) and then do 4 weeks cardio n have been doing this for 3 years now.

how does 21%bf affect me using test sorry if its a noob question i was told it doesnt matter at all your bf%

Basicly i wanna get to 105-110kg without gaining much bf so try to be 105-110kg at 15-18%bf.

Please help. I have my diet in check well and truely

40-60g natural fats only
350-500g protein
100-150g carbs
daily is around this haveing 40% carbs 2 hours after waking up and 10% throughout the day and the rest 30 min after training.
 
As to why?...Aromatase enzyme is found in fat tissue. This enzyme is responsible for converting testosterone into estrogen, thus altering the ratio of estrogen to testosterone. Men who have excessive body fat, especially abdominal fat, are likely to have increased estrogen levels caused by aromatase activity and a dramatically increased estrogen level compared to testosterone. An increased estrogen level has been linked, in turn, to a host of disorders, including decreased insulin sensitivity and blood glucose problems. Some studies suggest that there is an association between a low testosterone level, insulin resistance, an elevated estrogen level, and increased body fat in aging men.

I would say getting BF under 15% is a good idea before running a cycle...

Ok thank you for that i understand now but as for getting bf under 15% i dont think ill ever be there as i dont really want to be "ripped" or slightly i wanna be jsut a man moutain of muscle not so much chizled lol.

I have also been offred clen but thinkin that my bf% didnt matter i turned it down will clen work at my bf% is ti worth it ?

Should i run clen first and see my bf% then try the test? I know it seems like a young man jsut wanting easy answers but i train hard everyday and i mean everyday my life is commited to gym i cop shit all the time but im at the point now my life is getting busier and busier as ive been promoted to top level manager and i just nna get that little bit leaner and bit bigger and maintain it naturaly from there.

Please help would clen be good then run test if i get around 15-16% bf?

Not really gonna be able to take something and it will magically bring you down BF% wise, this is a common misconception. Diet and cardio are the ONLY things that will get you where you need to be...Although I don't get your method of training 4 weeks of cardio, 4 weeks of weight training, I think that if you were to change that up you would see some good results. If you can into the diet and training parts of this forum I think you could really get some nice gains naturally before running a cycle.

Its not 4 weeks cardio 4 weeks lifting its 4 weeks cardio 12 weeks lifting to gain some size then drop some bf% then back into lifting to shock body again with a diff routine.

i know v=clen wont work magic but it helps thats y people use it is it worth it at 21% to try and help with a proper diet and hard training which im already doing to get me to 15% ish bf ?
 
Oh alright, well I still don't agree with it and think that you could change it up and see some results...I hate to sound like an ass man but why do you want to throw hormones in your body? I'm telling you, no need to run anything at that BF% as you can get a massive transformation with just diet and cardio, I suggest you get your training and diet reevaluated, even though you think it may be working it doesn't hurt to get a second opinion, especially with all these guru's we got on the forums...

Well i have dropped 16kg in the past year so i think its working its jsut really slowing up thats all i was sort of half assed 2 previous years shit diet and that and dropped bout 10kg over 2 years but this past year ive been full on and dropped 16kgs but plateaued so jsut wanna help get over the bump because its really killing me metally making it harder and harder to get out there and train again thats all so yea wil clen help ?
 
I feel ya man, I lost 100 lbs 2 years ago and it was hard work...plateaued many times, what you have to do is revamp that diet man, I'm serious....Just enjoy the gym man, it's what got me through it, if I didn't love the gym I wouldn't still be in it......My advice is to not run the clen and continue with your diet and cardio, nobody can stop you from running clen, if you want another persons advice then you can wait around till they respond
