My first cycle

Hi every one, its my first time using steroids I am currently taking 300mg test cyp once a week and 30mg dbol every day for 10 weeks i am currently in my first week of the cycle, I workout every day apart from Saturdays I eat clean and also take protein supplements I drink at least 3 Liters of water pre day...I will list my stats below, I have been working out for the past year natural..


Height: 5ft 9in

Weight: 183lbs

Bf: 14%

Diet: clean, lots of fish lots of chicken, fruit and veg daily..

Cardio: 60mins a week split into 3 days intensive sprints, and skipping..

Weight sessions: at least 45 mins in the gym every day.
Legs: 3 days a week

Upper body: 3 days a week
Rest day Saturday or wensday depending on work out intensity...

Is this a good starting point? I'm in good shape I do have some body fat but that's always been on my abs as I do not have a fully visible 6 pack yet..
Any feedback or tips would be great...
I do plan doing pct and Will be doing this 14 days after last test injection.
