First off, hello
It's great that there's so much information out there regarding PH use, but with lots of information and peoples' input, comes lots of differing opinions and advice which is why I find myself writing a "what should I use" type of post myself. So I do apologize in advance
To cut straight to the point, my g/f surprised me with a PH package that was advertised as a "Prohormone + Liver Support + post cycle therapy (pct) Stack" from a PH site in the UK. She meant well, but I think she's wasted a bit of money here although it wasn't a random gift, she knew I'd been planning on trying Epi for a while now.
What I have so far is:
Some people seem to buy hordes of supplements to go with an Epi cycle, whereas some recommend as little as good food, Epi and a SERM for post cycle therapy (pct). Also something to help the joints too. After reading and reading some more I've come to the conclusion that I'd probably be good to go with my Epi, Nolva as a SERM, plenty of fish oils etc for the joints and possibly an on-cycle support of some kind. Then again, this opinion sort of changes the more I keep on reading.
Some things that I'd like opinions on:
I'll leave it at that, and appreciate any and all advice people can give me here. I'M IN THE UK, just incase anyone knows of any good places to look out for.
Thanks guys!

She meant well, but I think she's wasted a bit of money here although it wasn't a random gift, she knew I'd been planning on trying Epi for a while now.
What I have so far is:
- Pure Labs Epistane (18mg)
- Pure Labs Clomadex (OTC post cycle support, labelled as being a test booster, anti-estrogen, cortisol blocker and HGH stimulator)
- DigestEeze (milk thistle)
Some people seem to buy hordes of supplements to go with an Epi cycle, whereas some recommend as little as good food, Epi and a SERM for post cycle therapy (pct). Also something to help the joints too. After reading and reading some more I've come to the conclusion that I'd probably be good to go with my Epi, Nolva as a SERM, plenty of fish oils etc for the joints and possibly an on-cycle support of some kind. Then again, this opinion sort of changes the more I keep on reading.
Some things that I'd like opinions on:
- So I have the Epi, great. As for the Clomadex - from what little I have read about it, people are saying not to bother and to get a SERM, which is fine as it's what I'd have done anyway had I not been surprised with this gift. Would I get any benefits from using the Clomadex in addition to the SERM or is that a no-no?
- Regarding the SERM, I've read mixed advice regarding the use of Nolva and Epi. Some people say it's a bad combo whereas others recommend and have used it. Also, when it comes to sourcing a SERM, is using google and choosing one of the first sites that appears, a good method of doing so or is there a lot of scamming/danger involved with this? I'm just going to assume that provding links here is against the rules so I won't ask for that. I am IN THE UK, just for the record and was able to find sources easily with google.
- Will I need a test booster? Again, mixed opinions on this. The SERM will sort this out post cycle, yet some people recommend a test booster mid-cycle also.
- Taking the Milk Thistle. I've read that it can inhibit gains and people recommend against it, so it looks like I may have two bottles of pills that I have no use for. Sould I stay away from using this stuff and find a replacement? (if so, what?)
- Some people say an AL is needed, whereas others recommend against it since Epi acts as an AL on its own and some people recommend only using an AL post-cycle on a low dosage to prevent any potential rebound gyno. I'm pretty confused about this one but if I had to make a decision, I wouldn't use an AL but be prepared to have one available post-cycle just incase.
I'll leave it at that, and appreciate any and all advice people can give me here. I'M IN THE UK, just incase anyone knows of any good places to look out for.
Thanks guys!
