What's up guys. Getting ready to start 2 nd cycle
Stats

Age 30
Weight 225
Height 6' 2"
Training religiously for past 7 or so yrs
First cycle was just 500 mg of test e

Here's my load out feel free to critique

Trying to put on a clean 20 lbs

test e 500mg wk 1-14
Eq 400mg wk 1-14
Hcg 500 iu wk 1-14
*then 500 iu everyday till 4 days before start of pc

PCT start 2 weeks after last pin
Comid 50 ed for 4 weeks
Nolva 20mg ed for 2 weeks then 10mg ed for 2 weeks

In case of gyno
Armidex eod .5mg


My last cycle routine was like this
Mon chest
Tues back
Wed legs
Thurs shoulders and traps
Friday arms

Each day consisted of comp and iso exercises
Doing 4 sets 10 8 6 4

I made some really good gains

But wondering if maybe I should try a 5x5 or HST opinions???

I know gains are mostly determined by diet just curious to see what ppl have had luck with for making mass gains
 
I'm use to working out 5 days a week and the HST I read is only 3 days I kinda feel like 4 days out of a week are wasted
