My low carb diet and cardio

I am new to the site and looking to gain some valuable experience from others :)

I have used the, Zone, diet before and had a great deal of succes but im wanting to try a very low carb dietfor rapid fat loss. I am concerned as I have lost muscle weight before, while dieting, on the Zone.

Before breakfast, ECA stack, a 5 km run on the eliptical:

Post work out, 20 grams of protein and 25 grams of carbs.

Breakfast (1 hour later):

2 packs of premade oat meal - 50 gms of carbs
(protein shake) 30 grams protein.

And for the rest of the day i will be eating the same meal 5 times. and the meal is as follows:

Snack:
Chicken breast ( 30 gms of protein)
Cheese ( 17 gms of fat and 17 of protein)
and a hand full of chopped veggies (raw)
mixed with 2 table spoons of yougurt and seasoning.

Im using cheese as my source of fat because I believe that saturated fat is better for anabolic effects.

I feel that this diet needs some tweeking and could use some help :)
