bought this yesterday from my cousin`s shop.. new gym shoes... its good..indian size 9..dunno how much is that size for US ..

well shoes in the gym i t ink dont matter much whether they r running or hiking (except when u do squats) ...

i saw a guy in my london gym do squats with his gum boots on i dunno what the shoes did to him..he was goin deep for 10 reps with 350 lbs

As long as the shoes have a flat bottom and are comfortable the rest dont matter.
