My Ostarine (MK-2866) Cycle

Quick question - want to make sure I got this right! To run 25mg/day with a bottle thats 30ml 50mg/ml - that will give me 60 servings at 25mg - half a ml is 25mg? So one bottle will give me a 8 week run. That right?
 
Just wanted to update this thread and if anyone is interested and I can update this as I go along. I decided to wait until after the holidays to start my cycle to avoid any interruptions! Took 25mg of Osta this morning (around 9am) and 3 APE test capsules. Don't feel anything yet but its early still! Going to the gym at 2pm for chest/calf's. My split is going to look like this...

Sunday - Chest/Calves
Incline Dumbbell Press - 4x 6-10
Flat Barbell Press - 3x 6-10 (Supperset with Stiff-Arm Pullovers)
Incline Flies -3x 8-10 reps
Chest Dips until failure 3x

Standing calf raises - 4x 8-10
Seated calf raises - 3x 8-10
Leg press Calf raises - 3 x 12-15

Monday- Back

Pull ups - 50 or as many as you can do in 10 minutes
Barbell Rows - (torso at 45ish degree angle) 4x 8-10
Close neutral grip pulldowns - 3x 8-10
Seated straight bar rows - 3x 8-10
Hyperextensions 3x 8-10

Tuesday- Legs

Lying leg curls - 4x 6-8
Squats - 4x 8-10
RDL's - 4x 8-10
Lunges 3x 8-10
Leg press 3x 8-10
Leg Extensions 3x 10-12


Wednesday- Arms/Abs Supersets for arms

Hammer Curls - 4x 6-10
CGBP - 4x 6-10

Preacher curls on vertical side (spider curls) - 3x 8-10
Lying Behind the head extensions - 3x 8-10

Alternating Dumbbell curls - 3x 8-10
Triceps Pushdown with rope - 3x 8-10

(I mix abs in other days when I feel like it also)
Cable rope crunches - 3x 12-15
Weighted Leg Raises - 3x 12-15

Thursday - Shoulders/Traps

Seated Overhead Dumbbell Press - 4x 6-10
Upright Rows supersetted with front raises 3x 8-10
Cable lateral raises - 3x 8-12
Incline Bench Rear delt raises - 3x 12-15
Standing cable X's - 3x 20-30
Shrugs - 4x 8-10

Friday - Saturday will be rest days.
 
Good look with your cycle. Im almost done with my cycle now, ive been doing 25mg daily. Strength gains have increasedsince week 3, and noticeable gains came about the same time. Eat right, lift hard and you'll see some results
 
I know I am behind times with this but I would like to know where everyone got their product from and what dosing when you were on with it. I would like to give at least the mk2866 a try
