My program. Advice?

Im on a cycle of sus and its the end of the first week. Im cycling 500mg/wk for 10wks and im up over 10lbs. My stats before this week were 6'3 228lbs, now im ~240. Im naturally lean, bit of a hard gainer, so I eat anything and everything (but still fairly clean).

My workout is a 3 day split 5x5 and increasing weight every session:
Mon/thursSquat, leg press, bar shoulder press
Tues/Fri Bench, skulls, inc. bench, maybe some cables
Wed/sat bar rows, curls, lat pulls, seated rows

What do you guys think? Im going for 250lbs (or more since ill lose some off cycle), straight size not concerned with definition a whole lot since im already lean looking. No i dont take a whole week off training each part cuz I found i recover quick and i cant gain strength as fast.
