My shake!

Right this is my homemade shake is it any good for bulking i have 2 of them a day??

2x 24g scoops of whey protein
500ml of milk
1.5cups of forzen berries
1cup of raw oats
2 table spoons of peanut butter
2 table spoons of olive oil.

Please say id u think i can add to or remove any thing.

Whats all your nutritional info? Calories, Protein, Fat , Carbs.

Are these shakes pre workout/post workout or meal replacement?
 
calories are approx 1000 protine is 70g fat is around 50g carbs not sure.
i am taking them inbetween meals so i have breakfast, shake, lunch, shake, dinners i work out at the end of the day. is this the right way to do it??
 
Im really struggling to eat enough tho, thats why i tried shakes i cant take on enough food with out feeling ill most of the time :(
 
Nothing wrong with that shake. Limit them to 2 a day and don't replace meals with them. If you are eating three whole food meals and two of those shakes a day, you're doing just fine IMO.
 
Ah ok thanks. yeh im having breakfast at 7.30, shake at 10.30, lunch at 1.00, shake at 3.30 dinner at 6.00. Still find it rather had to take so many calories in.
 
I think The best diet shakes can be made with just a standard blender nothing to any require. The other ingredients necessary to make all varieties of diet shakes include skim milk, ice, and sugar free sweeteners such as Splenda.I think Fruits and vegetables for shakes should be fresh in order to ensure the best taste.
