My Test E & Test Prop Cycle Log

What's up guys. I am new to the community after a couple years of lurking. Within the next couple weeks, I will be starting my second cycle. About three years ago, I did a twelve week run with 500mg Test E and had great results. I gained 26lbs and had significant strength gains with very minimal side effects. Having had good results and since three years have passed since my last cycle, I decided to run Test only again for my second go at it, with a few modifications. Here is the breakdown:

Age: 29
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 193lbs
Body Fat: Unknown
Years Training: 10+
During many of my past training years, I was involved in competitive sports that involved weight classes, so I had to watch my weight and train mainly for strength and endurance. Consequently, I have had many fluctuations in body weight and appearance, weighing in as low as 156.5lbs and as high as 208lbs. Now I don't have to worry about those limitations.

Current Nutrition
Calories: 3800-4200 per day
Protein: 300-350g per day
Carbs and Fats: Varies, but maintain a 4/1 ratio
I will increase my caloric intake accordingly as the cycle progresses and my weight increases.

Current Training Stats and Split
Bench Press: 245lbs x 10 reps
Deadlift: 355lbs x 10 reps
Squat: 275lbs x 10 reps

Monday: Chest, Biceps and Triceps
Tuesday: Legs and Abs
Wednesday: Light Cardio
Thursday: Shoulders and Abs
Friday: Back, Biceps and Triceps
Saturday: Light Cardio
Sunday: Off

My goal is to reach 208lbs with a harder appearance and to see some good strength gains, specifically in the chest and legs. I will be posting my progress on a bi-weekly basis throughout my journey. Any criticism or encouragement from you fellas would be greatly appreciated. Here's to a swoll up Summer!
 
Fellas, I'm about 10 days out from waving the green flag. I will be using this next week and a half to get my diet dialed in because without an adequate nutrition plan, I may as well just use my oils for jerk-off lube. In case anyone was curious, and for my own benefit, here is a list of the additional supplements and dosages that I will be taking for the duration of my cycle.

Supplement Regimen

Animal Pak Multi Vitamin

CLA & Omega 3/6/9 Blend 6g per day
Garlic Extract 1.8g w/ Lecithin 1.2g per day
Grape Seed Extract 600mg per day
CoQ10 100mg per day

Vitamin C 1g per day
Bromelain 1g per day
Vanadium 1000mcg per day

Yok3d Before Workouts
Beta-Alanine 3.2g Before Workout

L-Carnitine 1g every day before bed
L-Theanine 200mg every day before bed
ZMA 30mg/450mg every day before bed

Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 every day
Amplified Mass XXX every day before bed

Beginning on day 1 of week 13 I will add:
Creatine Hydrochloride 2.5g per day
HMB 3g per day

I am taking most of these already. I am just bumping up the dosage on select supplements for my run. As always, any criticism or encouragement from you fellas would be greatly appreciated.
 
Fellas, here is a quick update. I have crossed everything off of my shopping list a littler earlier than expected! So, it looks like I will be starting my run at some point this week. Blood work is on Tuesday, and assuming all is well, then it's go time!

I do have a question for the community. If I had access to legit long-ester Primobolan and price was not an issue, would anyone recommend this adjustment to my cycle as opposed to the original plan?

With all else remaining equal:
Lower Test E to 400mg (200mg x 2) Weeks 1-10
Add Prim E 400mg (200mg x 2) Weeks 1-10
Add Primobolan 100mg EOD Weeks 11-12

Bump for some input. I plan to start Thursday if blood work comes back without any problems. I would appreciate some suggestions from you guys.
