My third cycle tren/prop (looking for advice)

age: 22 (yes i know this is young, started aas at 21)
height: 5'10
weight: 186
11% bf

long time lurker, first post.

Pre cycle weight was 175 around 12% bf
wk 1-? 50mcg t3 ed
wk 1-5 75mg tren ace eod (week 5 sides got bad, discontinued)
wk 1-5 75mg test prop eod
wk 5-12 150mg test prop eod
wk 1-12 Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 250iu 2xwk
wk 12-16 nolva 40/40/20/20
wk 1-16 adex .5mg e3d
Letro on hand aswell

My question, is 150mg eod of prop enough? I have loads of prop, i was thinking of switching to 175-200mg eod, my goal is 195lbs including the inevitable water weight.

also how long should i run t3 for? will prop be enough to run t3 with?

Incline bench with dumbbells ( 8-10 reps x3)
machine flies (8-10 x3)
Incline or decline flies (8-10 x3)
Then i grab cables and do chest concentrations till failure (x3 both sides)

tuesday-tricepts
rope pulldowns (8-10 x4)
Close-grip bench (8-10 x3)
skullcrushers (8-10 x3)
weighted dips (10-12 x4)

wednesday-bicepts
standing curls (8-10 x4)
preacher curls (8-10 x4)
Hammer curls (6-8 x4)
chin-ups (failure x3)

Thursday-back
Pulldowns alternating wide and close grip (8-10 x8)
T-bar rows (8-10 x4)
machine rows (8-10 x4)

friday-legs
Front squats (8-10 x3)
lunges (8-10 x3)
leg press (8-10 x3)
Calf raises (failure x5)

saturday-shoulders
military press (8-10 x4)
raises alternating lateral and front with dumbbells (10-12 x8)
shrugs (8-10 x6)

sunday i rest
