My variation on volume.

Oh yea I'm only spending about 1.5 hrs in the gym.Thats with a partner so we aint fooling around we get alot done and dont pussy foot.
 
1.5 hours seems like quite a long time to complete 13 sets, especially when they are in the 10-15 rep range, given that is not all that heavy. Exercise intensity dips precipitously after 1 hour, especially under heavy stress, so unless you have to go past an hour it isn't a good idea.
 
The first four sets take some time seeing as they are heavy.The following sets go quick I work with a partner so he goes then I go it is actually quicker on big muscle days.Less sets less muscles.Small muscle day more muscles more sets more time.
