my workout.. changing it around???? 5x5

my new workout see.. changing it around after 3 years? to 5x5

here is my new workout routine what you think?

Day 1 chest/calves
Flat bench 5x5
incline dumbell press 2x8-10
incline flyes 2x8-10
standing calve raises 5x15

day 2 rest

Day 3 Back/Shoulders
military press 5x5
side laterals 3-5x8-10
deads 5x5
chins 2x8-10
shrugs 2x8-10
rows 2x8-10
bent over laterals 2x8-10

Day 4 rest

Day 5 Bis/Tris
close grip bench 5x5
standing barbell curls 5x5
weighted dips 2x8-10
incline dumbell curls 2x8-10
skull crushers 2x8-10
preacher curls 2x8-10

Day 6 Legs
squats 5x5
leg press or hacks 2x8-10( I dont do any more exercises for quads as I dont need to)
stiff legged deads 2x8-10
leg curls 2x8-10
seated calve raises 5x15
abs - weighted static holds

Day 7 rest

was on this for 3 years and now want to change as its not working anymore.

mon- chest
3 sets flat barbell benchpress
3 sets decline barbell benchpress
3 sets incline dumbells

tues- bies
3 sets hammer curls dumbells
3 sets standing curls dumbells
3 sets barbell curls

wed- back
3 sets side strugs
3 sets front barbell strugs
3 sets rear barbell strugs
3 sets bent over rows
3 sets seated rows

thurs- shoulders
3 sets upright wide grip rowa
3 sets side raises
3 sets front raises
2 sets arnold db press

fri- tries
3 sets skull crushers
3 sets close grip bp
3 sets weighted dips

sat legs

Well after 3 years of doing the same thing, anything will work, cause it will be a shock to your body.

Looks alright to me. You know, you could easily move d-3 to d-2, rest on d-3, move days 4-5 up, then have the weekend off. Just me personally, but an entire weekend off helps me recover big time. You can still do cardio or other physical stuff on the weekend of course, but those 2 days give a great rest.

thanks, do you think i need to change my chest day as i have always done chest day on a monday as bet my chest is sick of doing same thing? and with the new workout on the chest its still similar to my old workout?
