N02

I have the book " NO2 The 21 - Day Transformation" by Edward A. Byrd. Havent read it yet. Byrd is a co-founder of EAS and a pioneer in the supplement industry. He is also known as "Mr. Creatine."
I havent tried it yet but I was given 4 bottles and will try it once my next meet is out of the way.
Man the stuff is $55-$85 per bottle!!

IMO its really not worth the money. I wanted so bad for this stuff to do the things it claimed to do but it didn't. This stuff actually made lighter about 200 fvckin dollars lighter.

I'm also the reading "NO2 The 21 - Day Transformation" .
If this stuff actually does what it says, then this stuff should be the dream supplement. I have heard some really good stuff about it from other people. But again does it do what it says, or is it just people thinking they are getting stronger on it.

I'm going to try it in 2 weeks and follow the books guidlines.

NO2

There are a few online supp places you can just buy the main active ingred in NO2 which is arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, in raw powder form for a fraction of the cost of paying for the name and the "founder" of its new use.

If I was to try it, I would def go the the cheaper route of trying it out, can use twice as much for half as much..

i felt a little back pain which maybe kidney pain in my side or it could jus be a cramp but this stuff sucks. i hear stamina rx is sweet n cheap

I have been taking it for about nine days now. If you have read the book or know what the book says about it, that is where I am. There is definitely a perpetual pump as they say and at first I lost a few pounds and now I am gaining again. In a few days I will be able to add creatine back into my diet and that is when I am suppose to see some good strenth gains. It doesnt affect your nuts at all and actually it is like a whole body viagra. It is expensive but very safe and I am curious enough to find out what my gains are after using up two bottles of it.
