Solutions (oils) of nadrolone and test e usually do not cause any reaction while or after injecting. Such injections are totally painless compared to propionate or winstrol ,not to mention some aqueous solutions.
Perhaps the way in which the injection was given was bad.

It might be an allergic reaction. Who did you bought it from ? Is it a legit source ?

If you were fine week 1 you may very well have an infection. Red, warm, painful & swollen are all signs of possible infection. If you develop a fever it's almost guaranteed.

Chances are an allergic reaction would not have waited until week 2.
If the status is the same, I strongly advise you to see your doc and maybe have antibiotics prescribed. This is not something to play with so huppy up !
IMHO the quality of Vermodje products could have lead to this infection, on another board I saw a post of a moderator who mentioned that people kept complaining about Vermodje products. Take care, man !
UPDATE: I have used ice a few times a day to make the pain go away, initially seemed to work, but since yesterday it has gotten worst and now I got fever !!! This situation is way off my hands, should I tell my doctor I am on steroids ?!!
Although I use aas for 3 years I still consider myself a novice, but I have done plenty of injections and I would not consider this to be the cause. Thanks anyway !

Time for an ER visit bro. Like I told you 3 days ago, fever along with the symptoms you already had almost guarantees you have an infection. This is not something to fuck around with, especially since you have already waited so long. Infections can and will kill you, but even in a less than worse case scenario they can cause loss of limbs and brain damage.
The sooner you have this treated the better off you will be. I would not even wait until tomorrow to see the doc, I would go to the ER now.
I've been wrong before brotha and I'm sure I'll be wrong again, but everything you have described points to infection.
