Natrual Gyno

Winter

PR Hungry
I think I might have a slight bit of gyno in both my nipples. I know that nolvadex can help remove gyno during a cycle(which I am not on or have ever been on one). I'm just curious in what I should do. I'm going to consult a doctor first, but if he/she wants me to have surgery, I'm going to have to turn that down for personal reasons. If nothing else works, would nolvadex be okay?

Thanks guys.

Why have you just noticed the GYNO, if it has always been there. Are you on Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) and not telling?

im in the same boat man. i dont no what to do. its always been there but have never really been informed of gyno until recently.

I take letro every night before bed and it reduces natural gyno. I have it from when I was a kid, its not bad, I think my mind makes it worse than it really is though. I take 2.5mg a night for the first 2 weeks then cut it in half every night. They pretty much almost go away for me. Nolva should work too.

Im still gonna say its your body fat and not gyno. You have puff nipples- but so what. Get big and lean, it goes away.

Yea believe it or not you may be WRONG.

That said, I'm in the same boat w/ you Protege.. I've had hard lumps under both my nips since puberty.. I've also been down to about 7%bf.. and it was the same size then as it is now (around 12%). I'll prob get surgery after I'm done w/ college and football.

You have it- simple. I just think a lot people think they have gyno because their chest isnt perfectly cut. I find chest is one of the most stubborn area to get all the fat down, esp if you started from a high body fat %. I think he should lean up a bit before he worries about if he has gyno.

Will letro remove long time Gyno - the hard type under the nip?

Also with surgery do they remove the hard stuff and whatever fat is around the area or will this go away with dieting?
