natural peanut butter

jiff peanut butter is not natural. the natural peanut butter had more protein and less sugar. its fukin good tho cause it has all that natural peanut oil in it.

for it to be natural, look at the ingredients in the back..if it says more than peanuts and salt, then its not natural..

As everyone else said, natty peanut butter, doesn't have all the extra crap added to it. It's just peanuts. I buy mine in the bulk area at the grocery store or I'll get it at Costco. I can't stomach the regular stuff now, it's far too sweet.

Smuckers makes it, just peanuts and salt.

I know this thread is old, but I had to chime in. Smuckers is my favorite brand of natty pb. Yes, there is a lot of oil floating in it; just stir it.

dont pour out the oil or it will get dry like day old cement just stir it right in. if you store it upside down it makes it SO EASY to stir b/c all the oil will be at the bottom when you flip it.

I flip it right in the cart while i'm shopping and it's mixed by the time i get it home...i like teddy crunchy the best, but smucker's is also good...

Good tip! That's exactly what I do. Store it on the lid.

The store-brand natural peanut butter at my neighborhood supermarket (Kroger) is excellent, and cheap. I can eat it right out of the jar.

Jif, Skippy, and Peter Pan peanut butters are NOT natural, they contain partially hydrogenated vegetable oil to keep the fats from separating. That's shortening. Regular peanut butter is really just peanut-flavored Crisco.
