legs grow the quickest atleast IMO i could not do legs for a month and prolly still gain size in my quads from running.. but who wants a big neck anyway
i think a big part of neck is genetics my dads is in the higher 18s and he doesnt work out ever... and mine is close to 19.. which actually sux so whoever has a small neck is lucky fat people bitch about buttoning their pants from last year... i cant button my neck collars from last year... rather have pant problems cuz you can lose weight you can lose a melon neck
Anyway, I don't know if the neck grows faster, but it, along with the core muscles, works the hardest every day. These groups have to support posture all day, so they're always in at least a minimal state of contraction.
