If i could get some info on some good workouts to target my chest it would be appreciated.First of all i just started using dianabol.My current weight is 240lbs and i am 6"1 i am overall a big built person.There is a few areas that i need to improve on first is my lower? chest and the inner part of my chest (center) i am overall satisfied with everything else but just want to bulk a little more then starting cutting.if you guys could give me some info on some workout routines for my chest it would be great.thanks
