Need Advice from Experienced Athlete

I KNOW I AM VERY LEAN FOR A BIG MAN! BUT AT THE SAME TIME VERY OVER WEIGHT FOR MY HEIGHT! HENCE why I play football !

I am a multiple sport athlete and have always been active and have been training in the gym for about 6 years. Now I am training very hard and I have all this god given mass so people have been advising me to try my first cycle.

I don't really want to get any bigger but I do want to get stronger faster and clean up my physique.

Any suggestions on a cycle I should run?
What would be a good fit for me on my first cycle for the results I'm looking for?
 
Gaining size/weight mainly depends on ur diet. U can use 500 mg a week either bulk or cut. That's what I would run. I would keep a good clean diet high in protein. Should make u get nice n lean
 
A good cycle to run would be 500-750mg's of Testosterone Enanthate once a week. Split the doses up to 250milligrams to 325milligrams twice weekly. Maybe Monday and Thursday. A good PCT for this cycle would be 4 weeks of each Nolvadex and Clomid. Like this!

Clomid 100/50/50/25
Nolvadex 60/40/40/20
 
f you decide to use 750 mg's of Testosterone enanthate per week (my favorite androgen), you'll need a decent Aromatase inhibitor (AI) :-)
