Need Advice, Hamstrings?

Need advice on how to fill them and fully develop them. My quads are bigger,
legs look unbalanced.

Mods, Vets please read.

Anyone...? I think hams are the most misunderstood, underdeveloped muscle group in most BB. If someone has a killer ham routine, please share it.
Mods? Vets? please. Thank you

I happen to like SLDL (Stiff Legged Dead Lift) for my big lift, these are bent knee not straight leg (bad for knees and would work lower back more).

I agree, I always do those. I make sure to do as many sets for hams as I do for quads. I must have good genes for legs because they develop real well. I do SLDL, laying curls, standing curls and lunges.

I actually need to lay off, mine are starting to get too big!

True. Its an excellent exercise for hams. I also have great genes for legs. My legs are bout 26' 1/4in and ive only been workin them for like 2 years. I love working legs, but so many people hate em

You could also do good mornings which also work your lower back and glutes but are still great for the hams. They will pretty much work your entire backside

Thank you for the advice everyone. SLDL's are on the menu again.
I been focusing on solely regular deadlifts for the last 3 years! I strayed away
from SLDL's (back injury) but I will hit em up again. Thanks again.
