Need advice on blasting and cruising

upon waking - 2 grams of l carnitine tartrate and 5 grams of bcaaès

20 minutes later

Meal 1 - 2 whole eggs, 6 egg whits, 2/3 cups of oat meal, your multi vitamin and 2 caps of omega 3

1 hour later, have a cup of coffee - medium to light roast + a small square of dark chocolate 75% cocoa, lindt.

During the workout sip on a shake of 20 grams of power carbs (1 scoop) + 5 grams of bcaa's (5 to 10)

Post workout shake 1 scoop of whey isolate + 1 scoop of power carbs + 10 grams of bcaa's.

45 minute later, your meal #2 - 6 oz of chicken breast, + 200 grams of white rice + a bowl of salad with 1 tbsp of olive oil + 1 gram of vitamin C

meal #3 - 6 oz of steak or ground beef, lean, with a cup of steamed broccoli or asparagus

meal #4 - a protein shake of 40 grams of whey + 100 grams of avocado and a handful of almonds

meal #5 - 200 grams of white fish with 150 grams of white rice

before bed - 2 oz of cottage cheese + the yogurt preferably activia with a handful of almonds + 50mg of zinc + 50 mcg of magnesium + 2 caps of calcium and D3 tablets.

My cycle:

Test E - start with 600 mg a week 200 200 200
Deca durabolin - 400 mg a week 1 ml X2
EQ - 400 mg a week (or 2 ml's) 1 ml X2

monday: all 3
wednesday just test e
friday: all 3

GH - 5 units before bed with last meal.
