Sorry if this is not in the correct area..I am new to this forum
Anyways, I am 22 years old 175lb, 5'11 @ 10% bf.
I have been working out and dieting for around 3 years. I have solid knowledge of nutrition and training.
I am thinking of running my first cycle because:
- I have the knowledge
- I have the experience
- I want to push my limits
My first cycle would be this:
10 week cycle
Week 1-10
500mg test-e
Week 1-4
40mg/day tbol (not dbol..I like the less water retention of tbol)
Week 5-10
15mg/EOD Aromasin
PCT:
Week 13:
100mg/day Clomid, Nolva 40mg/day
Week 14:
50mg/day Clomid, Nolva 20mg/day
Week 15:
25mg/day Clomid, Nolva 20mg/day
Could the experienced guys here give me some advice or input for my first cycle?
