need advice on recovery

well, need something for recovery...triceps are my weak spot and when they're trained, usually takes 3-4 days to recover. ice helps a bit but that's it. supplements perhaps??? thanks
 
i'm using a new tricep power routine right now.

in a week..i think 2 times...different exercises

my orignal was

tue: legs
thurs: bench
fri: back

now,

day 1 tri
day 2 legs
day 3 tri
day 4 off
day 5 back
day 6 tri
day 7 off
day 8 tri
day 9 legs
day 10 tri

and so on
 
ok, im not sure what your goals are or where you got the workout from, but why tri's 3 times a week?? Also you dont do chest at all? Shoulders? Biceps??? Forget about the other bodyparts for a second, triceps are a small muscle group and do not need to be trained more than once or twice a week at most. I would cut back atleast one day a week, I would also add chest shoulders and biceps to my routine unless you have some reason why your avoiding them.
