Need Clen Help

Hello, I am brand new to this forum, and also really to getting in shape in general.
I am 40 yo, roughly 25 pounds overweight, and am looking into starting a clen cycle, to hopefully burn some weight, and build up a bit of lean muscle.

I really am a rookie when it comes to all things in this area and would like advice on when to take it in regards to working out. What i should supplement it with.
What should i be looking for in my diet...
I am currently doing my workouts in the evenings after work. Seriously, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you are just starting to try to lose weight now then don't worry about clen yet. Just do some cardio and count calories. The weight will come off easier than you expected.
