Need diet help, losing weight but gaining size?

Need diet help

I need some critique with the diet that I’ve been on. I have a hard time eating quality food during the day so I have to rely on my protein shakes to at least help me establish a minimum for calories I get in a day. I’ve recently started taking Russian Bear 5000 instead of my old protein Nlarge, which is shit compared to RB 5000. The instructions say to take it with a gallon on whole milk everyday with the recommended serving. I revised it a little to four scoops and have now moved from a half gallon to a whole gallon. Below is my daily intake with ONLY my protein shake. The protein shake and milk for me at least gives a daily minimum that I’ll take in so that I can go off that without having to worry if I’m getting in the minimum and eat on.

Daily intake with 4 scoops RB with 2% gallon

Calories – 4000
Protein – 267.2g
Carbs – 488.8g
Fat – 128g

Is it crap because it’s all liquid? I spread it out through the day evenly as much as I can.

damn, thats one hell of a shake!!!

are you asking about losing weight and gaining size, because if you are, its very hard to do... your body needs a deficiency of calories/carbs/fat to lose weight, and an increase in the same to gain size... either you bulk, cut, lose weight, or drop bf%, all independant of eachother and are almost impossible to acheive 2 simultaneously...ie...hard to bulk and drop bf%, hard to bulk and lose weight, but you can cut and drop bf%..etc... you cant pull your body in two directions...


is it this shake whey protein?

you want to include some "quality" protein in oyur diet, ie. eggs, poultry, fish brown rice....

I know it seems silly to say but its the truth. My weight has dropped by a solid 9-10 pounds than what it was 3 weeks ago. In addition my sizes, like on arms, chest, everything have increased in size significantly, by 1/2 in some places than what they were 3 weeks ago. I had about 12% bf a couple of weeks ago before I began losing weight. I don't do any cardio either. Please gimme an explanation then, I'm sure it will go somewhere.

I thought I've heard of people going on liquid diets and they lose weight because they're getting their calories from liquid instead of solid food. Maybe this is what is happening?
 
when your shake has almost double the carbs as it does protien, its not longer a protein shake...you my friend have a sugar shake.

I think I already replied to you about this...so you know my stance on it
 
I mean do whatever works. Some people can get big and shredded by eating Wendys and drinking beer every other night. Others cant.

If it works for you, do it.
