Need help building a cycle...

Ok I figured the only way I'm going to get exactly what I need from you guys is to tell you exactly what I'm going for....
I'm 168lbs and 5'10, and I just got done doing around 1.5 months of good cardio to shred off 22 pounds, and now my overall BF is much lower than before, though still some remains. It's the first time in my life I haven't been chubby, and I've been hitting the gym pretty often, but my gains are minimal. I'm not looking to gain huge amounts of mass, but rather to add 5-10 pounds of LBM and define everything as much as possible. I don't want to run a cycle longer than 6 weeks, but I'm fine using injectables. I'd rather not lose my sex drive, and I don't want to run the risk of gyno. I don't want to bloat, either. While I'm on the cycle I want to achieve gains in muscle mass and strength to a degree but at the same time I want to lower my BF. Can I get an expert opinion here?
(other than saying "YOU SHOULD EAT MORE" or "DONT USE JUICE")
Please no flaming. I have a hard time gaining muscle mass.
 
I am also 168lbs and 5'10; i started a thread few days ago with the same goals. You should give it a look..
 
Please do not ask a question if you do not want to hear the truth. If you have only been in shape for a month and a half you are not ready for AAS. At your height and weight you could add another 15 lbs of muscle and loose more fat before starting (at least). I would work out for at least a year straight VERY hard and get your diet in check and you fat down more before I considered AAS. You will not get great results form a six week cycle unless you use some very harsh orals or very fast acting inject-able anyway.

Again, I know this is not what you want to hear man but work out for a year, do some research, get your fat down and your muscle mass up. Then when you are ready run a basic Test E cycle @ 500 mg per week for 10-12 weeks.

Bro 6 weeks isen't really a cycle. Shit it takes 3 weeks for a lot of this stuff to really get in and get working in your system. Why not just do a basic 10 to 12 week Test only cycle. Even though you really can accomplish what you want with out aas. But if you must..I would do 300mg a week. Most might say 500mg EW but i dont think you really need it. 300mg EW eat well and train well and you should see some amazing things happen. JMO
 
yikes...ok man. You are looking for a miracle, not a cycle. Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) aren't the answer to your issues, they should be used in ADDITION to great training, nutrition and rest. IF you are dead set on a cycle...how did you come up with 6 weeks?? You can run a Primo or EQ only cycle I guess....low to mild sides, but I think you need to figure out what you are doing a bit more. Might work to run a low test cycle of like 250mg per week as well...but dude...6 weeks?
 
lazy fuck...fucking eat more and work out hard. Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) isn't the answer to your muscles magically getting bigger. Learn how to diet, sleep and train right, slam the weights harder, switch your workout up. Don't be a moron
