Hi, I have been training for a few years now and always fluctuates in weight, mainly when I go on holiday. I have recently bought clen but I do not want to start this until after Christmas as I go on holiday for the festive season. I want to lose weight and carry on trying to be good while on holiday but being the party season I will be drinking. The run up to my holiday I go to the gym 5 time a week and weight train with my partner (who is very dedicated) then on Saturday I go for a 5 mile jog. My diet is ok but I need help with this as I think I am not eating enough or of the wrong thing. My body fat my partner estimates at between 35-40% I am 5th and weigh 70.
