need help with a new diet please read

hey im 20 6'5 about 280 lbs.i think im about 32%bf. and im looking to create a new diet. i was just wondering first off how many grams of protien and carbs and fats am i going to wanna take in.. if im looking to gain lean mass and cut up.
i am currently a student in college and play football if that means anything...meals and the best time to eat them would be appreciated
 
Any idea what your maintenance level of calories is right now? How much protein, carbs, fat, calories are you taking in per day currently?
