I am in the Navy and I live in a barracks room, therefore I am unable to cook my own meals. I have almost no control over my lunch meal, however, I can eat during my school hours. I need some advice on what i should eat/prepare for the day. Right now i am only eating 3 main meals a day. This is the basic outline of my current days meals.
5am-isolate/whey water mixed protein shake~50g, oatmeal.
8am-*need something to fill*
12pm-no control over this meal, whatever the galley cooks (i do watch what i take though)
3pm-*need something to fill*
6pm-chicken sandwich/oatmeal/anything there is to eat...
7pm-workout time.
10pm-milk/casein milk mixed protein shake~50g
I need help with what i can eat during the 8am/3pm times, due to being unable to prepare things such as eggs or cooked meats. Btw i am leaning towards a cutting diet, not a pure bulking.
