need help with front loading protocol.

Are you on TRT or a blast and cruise guy?

What cycles have you run in the past?

Age? Height? Weight? Years training?

Can you lay out your plan for the full cycle I cluding PCT and blood work timing?

No I'm not on TRT, I have taken 3 cycles now my last was 250 test-e/wk, 475 tren-a/wk, also took clen/t3 but that was at the end. This cycle I just want to stick to test maybe throw in dbol in the middle, going to run 750 test-e/wk was wanting to front load this test-p I have just wondering what would be the best way. BTW I would B&C but the job i have makes that pretty impossible might change next year.

EDIT: have a-dex on hand during cycle, standard nolva at end, and I always get my bloods since I live in texas pretty cheap at the beginning and end did it once in the middle because I was feeling shitty.

IMO, front loading test e wont give you any additional muscle building benefits but WILL make the sides hit you much faster - water retention, high e2, etc.

The whole front loading concept is something I dont believe in, however if you wanted to try it I would go with test prop instead since loading test e makes no sense to me personally.
 
My fault for not reading your post thoroughly :)

IMO, your test-e dose of 750mg is far too high to attempt any sort of frontload with prop - the sides could get nasty as far as estrogen is concerned.
I would drop your test e dose to 500mg/wk and frontload with prop at 100mg EOD. Some guys will play it ultra safe at frontload at 50mg/EOD but since your 220lbs I dont think this is necessary.

This is just my view, there is really no "fixed" way to frontload but I think the above protocol will do nicely.
 
So with that in mind would this be it:
1-16 500mg/wk test-e
1-?? 100mg/wk test-p

You want 100mg EOD, not every week, of test prop.

So it would look something like this:

1-16 500mg/wk test-e
1-5 100mg/EOD or 300-400mg/wk test-p
