i'm looking to signifigantly cut down on my calorie intake. right now i eat around 6000 calories per day. i have a very high metablism. very high. i am 5 11 and weigh about 210. I'm about 11 or 12 percent body fat. the problem with my diet is that it cost so damn much. eatting healthy is damn expensive. if anyone can suggest some inexpensive meals, that will help to reduce my calories i would be most greatfull. i'm looking to go down to about 200 and gain muscle mass at the same time i lose the fat. i'm hoping i stay right around 200. my diet is the only thing holding me back right now, but i can't find a way to get it under control. need some clean calories
