Need help with testoviron please

Hi there, i want to take testosterone just for a month to get a small boost. I'm planning on taking 1ml of test every 4 days. I am going to take arimidex during the cycle and I'm not sure if I should take it after or for how long. Also should I take an injection of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) like a week before my last test injection? Or will I be ok just taking nolvadex or clomid a few weeks after my last injection. Obviously I've never done this before and i just want to make sure that I get proper testosterone levels back in my nuts. I know a usual cycle would be a lot longer and I'm not asking for advice on that, just asking about the arimidex, Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and clomid/nolvadex and when and how much of each to use. I get confused when people use different measurements for different drugs like ml and iu and grams. The siringes are all in ml right?? Anyways if anyone would be so kind as to help me out with a detailed answer to my questions it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
