Need more calories!

Today I decided to count my macros for a change to see what I'm really gettin in me I stead of guessing, turns out I'm doing spot on with my fats, carbs, protein. Now i see a problem with my calories! It's now 7pm and I have only consumed 2000 calories. What foods/drinks that are healthy contain lots of calories I need to raise them. For my body weight I need about 3500 for my goals
 
Excellent my diet has been really good for quite some time now. But Ive stayed away from milk and I don't. I why. I'm gonna start having my shakes with milk from now. They'll taste even better haha!
