Just joined and I am looking for some advice on how and what to start with.

I am currently at 156lbs and 5'9". I started about a year and a half ago in the gym at 138 lbs and have come this far naturly but have hit a plateau that I need to break out and gain some size.

Please ask any question you wish ....

How about some more stats age, BF%? What does your diet look like? Sounds like you have made good progress so far.

i am currently at 7% bf and I try to take in 200-230 grams of protein daily with a moderatiate level of carbs and low fat. I struggle to take in the food but try and force it down as much as possible.

Eat like a horse and train even harder...... At 5'-9" and 156lbs there is still plenty of room for natural growth, doesn't mean it'll be easy

Can you post up your typical daily food intake, meal for meal? I am no nutritionist but might be able to help a little bit. I would highly suggest you look into the diet section and check out 3J's Free advice and if you really want to put on some weight and look good acquire his services.

I know you may think your at a plateau but maybe it is time to crack down on the diet and switch up the ole training routine, I see more natty progress to be had. Just my .02

+1 to Tyler's post, switch all your routines and exercises up for a while. 156 at 5'9 theres plenty of gains to be had natty still.

Thank you all for the advice, I would rather hear that than to have someone get me into something beyond what I should be doing at this stage. I will keep pressing forward and start changing things up as suggested.

Smart man...most just ignore the sound advice and do whatever the hell they think is best and care less about the risks. Encore bro.
