Need some help with 1st PCT

Hey guys hoping to get some help...
My first cycle has come to an end this morning.

32 yr old 78kg 10-12% bf

Weeks 1-12 500mg test c/e
Weeks 1-6 40mg dbol ed
Weeks 9-12 HCG 1000iu p/week
Weeks 1-12 12.5mg aromasin ed

I have both clomid and nolvadex for pct just unsure about dosage.
Couple of questions.....
I wait 2 weeks for ester from test e to clear.
Then start pct

Do i take aromasin through entire pct or only up until pct?
Dosage for clomid and Nolvadex?

I have heard high dose of clomid can have nasty sides. This is what i found. Sounds like a pretty high dose

1st day 200mg clomid/40mg nolvadex
Following 20 days clomid 50mg Nolvadex 20mg.

Does this sound right??

Just trying to get my head around the dosage for my first pct any help would be much appreciated.
