just purchased test cypionate not sure if it real also this is gona be my first cycle thinkin of taking for 8 weeks then follow with Deca-Durbolin for 8 weeks after

Why wait 8 weeks? Start the deca and test at the same time. Hope you have diet/pct in check.
..and Aromatase inhibitor (AI) too!
