what amount of food should i be eating

trying to build up
eating last 2 steaks a day and around 200 g of carbs plus proteen shakes and weight gainer
 
About 3500 ; carbs should be about 350 and protein around 300 your protein should come from food as much as possible keep shakes to a minimum
 
Depends how active you are if you don't do much physically all day then less,,its an estimate but close

that's fairly crappy.. i would say start somewhere between 3000 and 3500 calories.. as stated before.. but you need to learn alot about dieting

go to my free diet advice sticky and read post 1.. it'll give you some good info..
