Need to try Anastrazole again...help

I agree with mega that cognitive therapy is the real way to go. Also, excercise has been shown to help greatly with anxiety and depression. I usually lift weights, but I cannot deny the overall feel-good effects of a good jog, especially when i incorporate in short-burst interval training. I get a great rush of endorphins every time I do cardi this way. For me, its a different kind of "high" compared to the pump I get from lifting weights.

recent estradiol lab just came in (non-sensitive assay). it came back at estradiol less than 20. since e2 sensitive tests are usually 10 - 15 points lower than non-sensitive assays, does that mean that my true e2 is around 5 or less? i cant seem to get my estrogen levels right.

It gets hard to know for sure. The lower you actual number is, the less accurate the regular assay is.
