I've been doing a bit of research and want to start my first cycle soon.
I've been working out for about 8 years and I've never gotten great muscular results. Genetically, I'm a toothpick. I've bulked and cut for years and years but I can never get that cut yet muscular look I was looking for. I believe anabolics can help me achieve my goals and I'm ready for it.
I'm currently 5'11" 185lbs. I've been trying to put size on for several months and it took me a while to reach 185, I have some size but even though my diet was clean and my training was great, I still put on some fat around my stomach area, sides, etc. I'm probably 16-20" BF but i'm really not sure, I can post pics.
For the past several years, this is basically the results I would get:
160lbs - cut/no fat - absolutely no size and scrawny
170lbs - flat stomach/no fat - no size and scrawny
180lbs - pudgy/small stomach/gaining fat around - minor size increase (not muscle or cuts - just mass)
190lbs - stomach a bit fatter/gaining fat around - minor size increase (not muscle or cuts - just mass)
200lbs - stomach big/love handles fat - decent size (not muscle or cuts - just big mass)
So above has been my bodybuilding history for the past few years...I've tried every routine, diet, training regimen, personal trainer routine you can think of and I always got the same results at the end.
So...my goal is put on muscle mass and definition and I wouldn't mind getting rid of the fat.
Is their a recommendation you guys can offer? If not, can I go on something that will give me actual muscle mass and then a second routine for cutting the fat?
