needed help on my 5x5 routine

I've read the 5x5 routine and I'm going to start it. I want to work my arms and chest out twice a week, but spread out as far as possible so there can be enough recoop time. What would you suggest my days be like so that I dont hit the same muscle to often. It seems like I been doing the same thing for a while and not getting as much size as I would like. Im ready to start a more sound routine
 
i wouldnt work them twice a week..give the rotine time but once you get to your heavier weights you will not be able to bench heavy like that twice/wk..same thing with arms they will grow dont forget theyre gonna get hit on back day as well..im on 5x5 right now
mon:squats/abs
tues:chest/bis/calves
wed off
thurs:back/abs
fri:delts/tris
