I thought I would post to see if anyone else had a similar experience - and to see if there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
Quick Background
-29yo
- Never physically active
- had spurts of approxiamtely 6 months weight training - saw little to no results (at one point, my trainer told me to see a dr. at age 20 becuase he wasn't seeing normal results).
- Had spurts of cardio routine - about 3 months joggin about 3 miles a day.
-Constant weight gain since age 18 - Graduated HS at about 180 - Now at 230 (6'0 height)
Never any real muscle development in arms and chest - i hate beach
Got fed up - went to the dr. to see if somethign was wrong last November - Test levels at age 29 - 302. Dr. Suspected it was a long time problem.
Put me on test 140 every week -
Five weeks later - test up to 404 - Dr. not happy - puts me on 160 every week. thats where i am now
Last night i hit the gym for the first time - its pretty sad how little i can lift but damn it im starting somewhere.
So you guys think there is hope for me - i dont wanna Arnold Schwartz but i would like to have a decent body in the next couple of years. Anyone have experience from scratch.
