Quite new to this forum thread blogging thing.. (Only because i can find answers to most of of my questions on this site and obv google..) So be patient with the newby..
I am no stranger to the world of roids.. I have been on a few courses in my younger years (23 yrs - 25 yrs). Achieving what i wanted as far as size, strength and fitness. My first course was dbol. Second was deca and test and 3rd and last course was deca, test and winny.. All of the above with Clomid and/or nova as post cycle therapy (pct).
For the best part of the 2 years on gear I never really had serious sides (the odd pimples and so on) apart from gyno a few weeks after my last course... I had those removed at age 25.. I later realized that my pct was all wrong.. I was a stupid idiot, i know and I suffered the consequence and paid the price, dearly, so please don't give me a hard time here.. The gyno was also the reason why i took a break from gear for a few years.. Just to make sure all is well... And if I'm honest it freaked me out a bit..
I have never had a problem with sex drive, boners, etc etc.. All is and all has always been well in that department..
I never stopped training since my last course.. Currently, I do resistance/weight training 5 times per week and also tons (arguably) of cardio (Monday - rowing, Wednesday - cycling and Friday - running)..
My diet is very close to right, could do with a tweak here and there.. Breakfast is 3 eggs with a fruit, Midmorning snack is a hand dull of nuts, Lunch will be a lean protein with a salad, Afternoon snack is a low carb protein bar and dinner lean protein with veg and a small portion of a good, low GI carb (Brown Rice, etc). I have a Whey Protein shake after i train.. I have 1 cheat meal over the weekend..
So now my question after you know everything about me but the color of my undies.. What will be a good course after all this time..? First, I was thinking Tren ace 100mg and Test Prop 100mg EOD then a mate said too early for Tren after not being on gear for so long and i won't sleep, night sweat, etc etc.. Now I'm thinking Durabolan and test prop..?
That said, and let me make myself perfectly clear, i have no intention to be the strongest nor the biggest dude in gym. I want to be a well rounded athlete that looks exceptionally good and has an edge.
I haven't bought any gear as yet so its still very much in the research stage..
So as part of my research i would greatly appreciate your opinions. Also, after my gyno issue, please let me know what you think re PCT.. Gyno is no fun and i don't want to go through it again..

Weight: 84 Kg / 185 lbs
Lenth: 187 cm / 6,1 feet
BF: 12%
Bench Press: 140 kg / 308 lbs
Deadlift: 180 kg / 396 lb.
Dumbel Shoulder Press: 37kg / 81 lbs (in each hand) (I know its not much but i have a sore shoulder..)
Best Mile Run: 5min 42sec
