Okay so here is a little info of myself i'm 24 i've been cycling for 2 years. I've been on low test trt for about a year now. I do want to get my test back to normal. But right now it's not happening. So i am competing in march at a physique competition. here is the cycle i plan on running. My current height is 6ft i am at 205lbs with around 8% bf i'd say.
Here is my cycle not so much for size since i will be on a strict diet. but for more fullness and to bring my calves up a bit.
2cc of test a week. 500mg/ml week 1-14
750mg of eq every week. 1-14
500mg primo every week. 1-14
Maybe this is optional for me and want your guys opinions. npp 500-700mg/ml a week for 6 weeks on 4 weeks off back on 4 weeks before show.
And 400mg masteron e every week. 1-14 just for the hardness and dryness.
Will be running Aromasin 50mg ed.

Thoughts?

IMO, that's a lot of gear given the fact that you are currently at 8%,you are this far out and you don't want to gain too much size; given that you are competing in the "Physique" class.

Im just curious is this your first competition?

You do know that if you are disproportionate large or too heavy you will receive low marks?

Honestly, I don't compete anymore but at 6' 205 and 8% is pretty damn close to contest ready in Physique. If I were you I would drop the test to 500mg raise the Primo to a gram and coast if your still at 8% 6 weeks out I would cut my calories add mast P and drop down to 7%. This is where you want to be.

If this is your first contest, I would recommended hiring a local pro to help you the last 2 months. He can hook you up with a posing coach...yes, you need a posing coach in Physique even though it looks like a bunch of guys standing around in board shorts there is a method to the madness.

Good luck

I'm currently working with a national level pro. Who says i can turn pro easy. I just need to step on stage. The only thing lacking on me is my calves. They are hard to grow. So ill really be killing them these next 4 months.

Just work the calves 6 days a week with the goal of intensely, but controllably (I.e. Negative failure drops) rushing as much blood into those bitches as you can!

sorry to be kinda off topic but i really wish the shorts would be a little shorter so you can see some of the quad development in physique comps.

That's wbff then... i wish the same in ifbb but it's not... it sucks ya. but it is what it is... And 6 days a week? Shit idk about that lol they do get sore! just like every other muscle.

Just for the calves.. If it's a trouble spot just try to rush as much blood in as possible.. Without regard to the weight lifted.. Slow, perfect form.. Slow...slow negatives. Arthur jones/mentzer style.. Just for a few week blast..

Lol I did read in my Arnold encyclopedia about him training his calfs every day. So it might be a harsh method to a degree but it might work for some people. He said to train them as heavily as possible and to get a full stretch going down on calf raises. He claims you really need to shock the calf muscles more than other body parts because they are use to supporting so much weight all day long. I mean when you think about it one of your calfs can support your 205 pounds easily if you stand on one foot. So when training them you really have to go heavy. I would start training them 3 times a week and see how it go's from their. Than if that works try every day.
