new diet. please help.

ok i just finished my diet i will be doing on my cycle here it is tell me how it looks. fat,pro,cals,carbs. first time i have figured out my own complete diet so i know there are some things wrong. please help. my cycle will be test 800mg,tren 400mg,dbol 30 mg

meal 1 6oz yogurt
1 scoop pritein shake
1pc whole wheat toast

meal 2 3/4 cup oatmeal
4 egg burrito
2 scoop shake

people who eat 8 times a day make me want to punch myself in the face.

so do people who ask for diet advice, when im unsure as to whether or not they are a 100 pound girl or a 300 pound dude.

btw, get rid of all those numbers. all that matters is what youre eating, when your eating it, and the daily totals. I dont care if youre getting 39.7896g protein at meal 4.
 
my loggin wasent working so i used a buddies but this is biggdogg. im 6'2 210 and 8 times a day does sound stupid but like i said this is my first diet i did all by myself and did want some help im wanting to change it a little. its getting close to summer and dont want to gain to much fat. so eny help is needed please
 
get your meals down to 4-6. You can eat 8 meals if you want, but thats like putting $5 worth of gas in your tank everytime you pass a gas station instead of just filling up once.

Im not an expert on eating for drugs, but I think 6000 cals is excessive. 420g protein, 420g carbs, 100g fat should be fine, which comes out to ~4300 cals. Im keeping in mind that you want to keep an eye on fat gain. Basically just eat about 500-1000 cals more than you do when your not on drugs. I seriously doubt it takes 5000 cals for you to gain weight naturally.

ya thats true could you help me re organize it to be around the 4300 cals? please i want to this to work out perfect i want the best gains i can. what meals would you take out? the first one is just o eat something befor i go to the gym because i go early.

people get way too concerned with details. you seem to have a pretty good understanding of what you should be eating and when, so as long as you meet your protein goal, and your combination of fat and carbs brings you to the caloric intake that is needed for your goals, you cant screw things up too bad.

this is for 5 meals, im omitting amounts, but every meal should contain about 85g protein, 25g fat (except PWO), and carbs will vary, but as long as you meet your total at the end of the day and get plenty of carbs PWO youre fine.

meal 1
Protein powder
Yogurt
banana
Peanut Butter
oatmeal (i switched out toast for oatmeal and made a shake out of it, you can just throw it all in the blender and drink it since you train early, itll save time)

meal 2 (pwo)
protein powder
flavored oatmeal (the kind with sugar, or you can do old fashioned oats with honey)
egg whites + whole wheat tortilla (burrito)

meal 3
meat
carbs
veggies
protein powder if you need more protein
nuts

meal 4
meat
carbs
veggies
protein powder if you need more protein
nuts

meal 5
protein powder
olive/flax/fish oil
carbs

see....simple

somebody like DirkMOneyShot who has more diet and drug knowledge can chime in, but thats a rough guide.

You might add another meal to bring the protein / meal down but you should gain just fine on that
 
well this is the thing with that i wake up at 4:ooam and go to bed a 9:00pm so is five mealsls going to be enough.the times im able to eat is 7,9,12,3:30,then whenever cause im off work.but the first meals you have i ushly eat that after i get out of the gym.i wake up just get eday grab something to eat and a shake go workout then eat my first meal for pwo
 
and also i always end up eating shit food for a snack if i just ate and i get hungry. and im not wanting lots of fat. what kind of stuff do you guys snack on
 
its not the number of meals, its the total calories that matter.

like Dirk said, if you want to bump the meals up to 6, go ahead. 7? sure, if thats what does it for you...but dont think you "have" to eat a certain magical number of meals.
