new diet...

I am going to try and lose some fat before my next cycle of test.. Im going to use a ketogenic diet so that I can lose weight rapidly and fast, im hoping to lose about 20 pounds in 6 weeks... I know most people arent too fond of the keto diet but, it sounds productive to lose fat.. heres what mine will look like..

7:30-breakfast- 3 hardboiled eggs
12:00-lunch- 2 hamburger patties (no bread)
3:30-workout**
5:00- 2 hardboiled eggs, 180 mg tuna in water
7:30- 2 talapia filets, skinless/boneless chicken breast

how does this look to cut as much fat as possible in a 6 week time period??
 
whys that?? I just figured I needed to cut some fat and thats how to do it... would that not be effective?? because I will diet on it no matter how much i dont want to...
 
I weigh 210.. and am just trying to lose as much fat as possible before I continue with my next cycle.. Ill diet a hard fat loss diet for 6 weeks.. anyone know of any diet that would work better and more effective at cutting fat in a short period??
 
loss that much weight in the short amount of time....you'r body is bound to pack all the shit right back once you start eating again.
 
well thats what Im looking for.. I mean, Im going to use Test right after I lose the weight, so I will add it back as muscle.. I dont understand why this diet would be soo bad If i run it for a short period of time and then run test immediately after doing this diet???
 
why run it period if your goign to jump on test as soon as your done to bulk?
if anything run a diet at meaintaince level and then up the cal when you jump ON.
 
I didn't mean you will accually die I mean its gonna be super hard to keep that diet up. I see what you mean but forcing your body to switch to starvation mode just so you can pack on more size when you go on test I dont think your gonna get the results your looking for. Crash Diets have never been a good thing. Why not look into pre contest diets and see what they can do for you.
 
Well mainly Im wantin to just get ripped and get bigger... I have some fat to lose before I get ripped however.. so I was looking for an effective way to lose that fat before I hit the test... but if that is not a good way to do this... what would be a good way to get ripped and bigger?? any diet suggestions??
 
you'll get ripped using this diet it's like a pure protein diet but its gonna be hard. If you do go through with it lemme know how well it works but I bet you'll have a crash and wolf down a shit load of carbs I know I would. Good luck.
 
today is actually my frist day and I already will tell ya I feel a shit load different.. I dont have the energy.. but I will only run this for 6 weeks and then i will go into a lil bit more eating in my cycle but still will stay low on the carbs, as last cycle I put on some pounds I wish would have stayed off.. hopefully while Im on I will eat more but still consume low carbs.. possible 100-150 while on... I dont know how I will feel tommorow but Im deciding to cut off the lifting until next monday as I am going to let my body adjust to the diet and become stronger because right now I couldnt lift a 20 pound dumbell over my head
