Hello there. I am pretty new to the idea of taking such aides for my body, but have been advised by men only so I figured getting some educated female opinons may help me make my decision. I started taking oxy pro elite about 6 weeks ago, which hasn't been bad but I'm not really sure how much it's done to help me. I've taken clenbuteral a few times, not a big fan of the effects.
A friend recently told me about ana Anavar (var) . I'm excited to give it a try but also scared! I box and do muay thai training 5 days a week, yoga 1 day a week, cardio 3 days a week and lifting 3 days a week (I plan to up the lifting when/if I start my cycle). Obvi I double up on my workouts with my numbers. I eat very healthy, not perfect, but pretty good. Low carb, high protein, limit my sugar.
I am looking to lean down and get more definition in certain areas. I have a fight (boxing) in 2 1/2 weeks and feel the Anavar (var) will help my strength while training, but I've heard it also many women put on water weight with it and I still need to make weight, which I'm at right now so a little scared about putting on; thoughts on this ladies?
I'm thinking of starting on 5mg then maybe upping it to 10mg depending on how I am feeling. What is the typical cycle times too (how long on and off)? I was also told I can take it every other day? Is this true? How often and when (what time of day) is normal for a beginner who is starting slow to take it?
Should I be or not be taking anything else while on Anavar (var) ? I'll continue to take my basics (fish oil, vitamin c, flax seed & women's multi vitamins) still take my pre workout amino energy and what about the oxy pro elite? Can I still take my thermo with it? Anything I should add?
Any other tips or advice would be great. Sorry SO many questions here! Thanks in advance!
